1. The completion signal of mold opening of automatic assembly equipment:

2. When the automatic assembly equipment does not open the mold to the end, the manipulator alarm (the mold opening completion signal is OFF) and cannot be actuated.

1. The robot is set to be used in the automatic assembly equipment, and the power of the robot is not turned on temporarily. At this time, the injection molding machine should not be able to move the movable template.

2. After turning on the power of the manipulator and doing the origin reset, the system enters the main screen, and the injection molding machine can move the active template at this time.

4. Safety door reset signal: Put the manipulator in manual mode and open the safety door of the injection molding machine. At this time, the "safety door open" signal should appear without any action. After closing the safety door, the message should disappear.
