What is the guarantee?
12 months guarantee according to the ETA. During the warranty period, any downtime caused by machine error is automatically added to the next warranty time. Within 24 hours after receiving your error notification, we will provide detailed solutions and help you solve the problem.
What is the cost of an engineer when you need site commissioning?
The factory engineer to overseas cost is paid by the customer, which contains VISA, assurance, hotel flight, and salary;
What is the delivery time?
Depending on the machine, usually 2-3 months.
What is the port?
Usually SHANGHAI/NINGBO port.
What is the payment term?
Always we accept T/T 40% deposit and 60% before ex-factory.
What is quality testing?
We prefer your engineer to our factory test and commission the machine, or we prepare the testing report video for your reference.
