This Equipment is an inspection machine for power tool fitting, it uses a serious advanced vision camera to measure and inspect the defection of appearance and size. The multi-view system provides 360-degree inspection. 9 Images from four cameras(4 front-illuminated and 4 back-lit) measure all dimensions and detect visual defects such as cracks, burrs, missing or damaged threads, dents, and gouges.
The easy-to-operate, menu-driven software allows for quick setup as the characteristics of each part are clearly defined using the part print specification, Templates are created, saved in memory, and recalled, virtually eliminating operator error through administrative control and password protection.
